Founded in 2024, COSMA TANZANIA LIMITED was built on a vision to make studying in Germany accessible and stress-free for students across Africa. Backed by years of experience since 2019, our Managing Director, Justin Omari, brings firsthand expertise and passion to guide you every step of the way.
Justin arrived in Germany in 2022 and quickly turned his dream into reality. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics at Fachhochschule Südwestfalen and now works as a Business Consultant in the tech sector at a leading global consulting firm. Having successfully navigated the German education system and corporate world, he is committed to helping students achieve similar success.
In a short period, COSMA has already supported over 12 students in securing university enrolments and visas to Germany, with 90% of our clients coming from referrals — a clear reflection of the outstanding quality and personalised service we offer.

Founder and chief visionary, with a background in international education consulting and business intelligence, he brings a unique blend of strategic insight and hands-on experience. Justin is passionate about creating opportunities for students to access world-class education in Germany.
Wanjiru Mwaura
Admissions Officer & Customer Relationship Manager
Wanjiru plays a key role in guiding students through the admissions journey—from initial inquiries to securing placements at German universities. With strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the German education system, she ensures each student receives timely, personalised support at every stage of the process.
Kelvin Kweka
Marketing Strategist
The creative lead, specialising in branding, advertising, publication design and marketing strategy. Known for his innovative approach and eye for detail, Kelvin ensures all visual content aligns with COSMA’s mission and speaks directly to our audience. He stays current with design trends and tools to deliver modern, impactful designs across all platforms.
Egbert Kavana
Intern
Egbert is an intern at COSMA and a Tanzanian student currently pursuing his studies at OTH Amberg-Weiden in Germany. With a strong background in youth leadership, project coordination, and event management, Egbert brings energy, perspective, and firsthand experience of the student journey in Germany. He supports COSMA with student engagement and outreach.
Over 100 students have been directly and indirectly assisted by COSMA to settle in Europe for their studies.
